At Shiengama pottery studio in Otakanomori Nagareyama, people of all ages and levels come together in a relaxed but vibrant atmosphere to explore ceramic arts. Tools and equipments in the studio can be used anytime at the class. We always support and instruct you, and also try to inspire your artistic sense. Lessons are available in English and Japanese.

You can make things you wish such as cups, plate, rice bowls, dolls, etc.   

TEBINERI course - Hand Building Techniques
It offers you to make things by hands and fingers with simple tools.

ROKURO course - Wheel Throwing Techniques
The most traditional method for potters in creating objects. If you want to try using electric wheel, we will teach you how to throw a pot, cup etc. on it.
